Paul S. Bartley, MPA '90, received a Meritorious Presidential Rank award from President Obama in October 2011. He is the Director of the Program Support Center (PSC), a federal shared services operation hosted within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). As Director, he oversees the management and delivery of over 50 services and products to PSC’s customers worldwide.
