Clarissa Liang joined Brown McCarroll as an associate in the firm's Austin office. Liang is an experienced corporate and securities attorney, focusing on the areas of mergers and acquisitions, investment funds, capital markets and private equity. Prior to Brown McCarroll, Liang worked at Baker Botts, Akin Gump and as in-house counsel at Dachis Group in Austin.
