“We have new competitors who are doing a great job," said Doggett, "And we have a choice. We either complain about them … or we accept the fact that these guys are going to do the best job they can to improve their economy, and we have to do the same thing."
Doggett added that as Americans, we need to "stop whining and start competing" and "get off our butts" to keep up with the Chinese.
